Quality and security certification
The Glue Group holds dual ISO certification across the group:
ISO 9001 - Quality Management System, audited annually by BSI Group. Our certification confirms that the processes governing how we deliver products and services are defined, measured, and subject to independent audit and continual improvement.
- ISO 27001 - Information Security Management System, audited annually by BSI Group (accredited by UKAS). Our certification confirms that information security risks across the group are identified, treated, and governed by a management system that is independently verified each year.
Both certificates are verifiable via the BSI public certification register. Certification scope documents are available on request.

Environmental sustainability
The Glue Group is committed to reaching Net Zero emissions by 2050. Our sustainability strategy is GRI-aligned and reported by Allan Dall as CEO.
Energy: 100% renewable energy across all cloud infrastructure and physical locations globally - Sydney, Auckland, our European operations, and California.
Packaging: From October 2025, all outbound shipping packaging is 100% recycled paper and cardboard - eliminating over 7 tonnes of plastic and single-use packaging annually.
Supply chain: More than 50% of products ship directly from manufacturing facilities to our distribution locations, reducing supply chain emissions by more than 40% versus our 2023/24 baseline. Target: 80% direct shipment by end of 2026. Air freight contracts are 100% climate neutral with at least 30% Sustainable Aviation Fuel from January 2025.
Last-mile delivery: GeoPost/DPD partnership in Europe targeting 100% carbon-neutral deliveries by 2040 (16.3% achieved in 2024). Australia Post partnership in AU/NZ targeting 100% carbon-neutral by 2050.
Waste: Greater than 95% of waste diverted from landfill across all global locations. Annual landfill reduced to 25 cubic metres in 2024. Paperless picking fully implemented December 2025.
We are transparent about the constraints we cannot resolve unilaterally - particularly last-mile delivery decarbonisation, which depends on infrastructure and fleet transitions beyond our direct control.

Social responsibility
We promote flexible work arrangements, equal opportunity, and professional development across all group businesses - and require the same standards of our manufacturers and vendors. Supplier due diligence includes assessment of local employment law compliance and confirmation that no modern slavery occurs at any point in our supply chain. We support digital literacy in our community and provide free technology support and services to registered charities including Every Little Bit Helps. We prioritise local suppliers and technology partners where viable.

Governance and ethics
The Glue Group adheres to all relevant laws, financial regulations, and industry standards across every market in which we operate - supported by local legal and accounting expertise in each region. Our governance framework includes strong internal controls, cybersecurity measures, and supplier due diligence - all subject to independent external audit via our ISO management systems. We uphold fair business practices, avoid conflicts of interest, and ensure that decision-making at the group level aligns with long-term sustainability and stakeholder trust.
